Fly Rod Hanak Competition Superb RS Graphene River & Stillwater

The premium range of Hanak Competition rods for stillwater fly fishing or streamer river fishing for bigger fish. The Superb RS Graphene River & Stillwater is a series of four-piece, ultra-light, slim, ultra-fine yet high-performance rods.

They were designed, continuously tested and fine-tuned by one of the best competition fly fishermen, Luboš Roza (multiple world and European champion) in close cooperation with František Tánák, an expert in trophy fishing.

Thanks to the use of the latest technologies and the revolutionary Hexagon Graphene material and the use of extra light and super-quality components, Hanak Competition managed to reduce the weight of these rods by about 30% (up to 30 g) compared to conventional rods. The slight deviation from conventional lengths follows the global trend of using longer rods while maintaining maximum performance of these models.

Exclusive design with a lot of clever improvements for the 25th anniversary of the founding of our company Hanak Competition. The blank of these rods is gold olive. Original black fitting in a hexagon design (similar to the structure of the Graphene material) with an insert made of exotic wood. Cork of the highest quality AAAA.

Stillwater models 698 and 798 are equipped with an endrest and an extended handle at the front.

Graphene is the thinnest known material with a single atom layer thickness arranged in a hexagonal lattice. Thanks to this structure, it is incredibly light and approximately 200 times tensile than steel.

Each rod comes in a luxurious solid tube with a separate compartment for each part.
